Mike Gardner (MA education science) has worked extensively in Germany as an editor, writer and translator in the fields of education and development. He is a former correspondent of the Chronicle of Higher Education, Times Higher Education Supplement and Research Europe, and former editor of the Higher Education and Development and GTZ journals.
